Concept of personal data

The Company takes care of the legitimate and legal collection and processing of personal data. The Company collects personal data that you provide, directly or indirectly, through a person authorized by you, as follows:

Your personal data is provided through the process of filling in and submitting the relevant electronic application.

When you register for the above services, it is prohibited to provide information that could reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in trade unions. Such information is considered a “special category of data” in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council). All submitted data from the special category will be deleted.

The data collected is appropriate and does not exceed the amount of data required for the purposes of the processing for which it is collected. The data is accurate and is updated if necessary.

The Company reserves the right to disclose information about you if the legislation introduces a corresponding obligation or if such notification is required by the competent governmental/state, administrative or law enforcement authorities.

 

Right to access, correction, deletion, limitation of processing and portability

You have the right to be informed, after you have submitted a request to e-mail info@europe-studies.com, whether any personal data that concern you are filed or continue to be filed for processing or not. If this is the case, you have the right to access personal data that is subject to processing.

With regard to the submission of a registration application you have the right at any time to correct, complete, update, delete and request the transfer of your personal data. To unsubscribe from the newsletter recipients list, you can select the relevant unsubscribe link at the end of the email you received.

 

Collection and use of personal data of minors

The company understands the importance of protecting the privacy of minors. The option to sign up for the newsletter and the “Registration Application” option may be used only by people over the age of 18.

If it is found that any personal information is collected from a person under the age of 18 without a parent’s confirmation of consent, such information will be erased as soon as possible.
